Biviana Torres started Bivi's Tamales out of Spencer, Indiana in the summer of 2006. "I follow my grandma's traditional but healthy way of tamale making. I was always looking for a tamale to satisfy me, but I was always disappointed with the quality, so I started my own business. My food is always made with love and the best ingredients. I love my job and my relationships with my customers"
Bivi serves handmade tamales with rice, beans, fresh salsa, avocado sauce, pico de gallo, mango salsa, and roasted diablo salsa.
