Meadowlark Farm is located in the rolling hills of western Brown County near the north fork of Salt Creek. A small group of women with a shared passion for growing healthy food and contributing to the development of a strong local food system work cooperatively to provide the community with food fresh from the garden. The acre of land we cultivate is on a gently sloping hillside surrounded by pasture and woodland. In the center of the garden is a passive solar greenhouse that allows us to grow year-round with little need for other fuel sources. In the summer you can find us at the Wednesday Market, during the winter at the Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market, and year-round at the Bloomington Farm Stop Collective.

We grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs and cut flowers. At the Winter Farmers' Market we’ll have lettuce, arugula, kale, chard, garlic, sweet potatoes, fingerling potatoes and herbs.
