Chester and Janice Lehman own and operate Olde Lane Orchard, along with their children, and sometimes with help from employees who become "family." The children are involved in nearly every aspect of production. In return, they receive limitless opportunities for character building and memories together, as well as a strong work ethic which blesses them for a lifetime. When free from schoolwork and chores, they will often roam the woods and fields, building forts, catching crayfish in Grandma's creek or fishing in a pond close by.

"We offer a variety of fruits and some vegetables and bedding plants throughout the growing season. Acres of vegetables keep your shelves stocked with healthy food, and our harvest of mouthwatering peaches, plums, apples, pears and blueberries will make any homemade dishes the best they can be. We learn more and improve our techniques every year, from pruning to integrated pest management. We are passionate about what we do and eager to bring our food to your table. Most of our product goes to Bloomington farmers' markets, but home customers often call ahead to reserve their orders, and visitors to our farm are welcome."
