Pili’s Party Taco is a food truck that sells authentic Mexican tacos such as pork, árabes, steak, and other Mexican food. In 2017, the food truck opened in Bloomington, IN and began serving authentic Mexican food from Puebla, Mexico. In 2018, Pili’s Party Taco expanded and opened a second food truck.

Owner Maria del Pilar Gonzales is originally from Puebla, Mexico and has worked in the restaurant industry for many years. She is proud to share her recipes with you.

In 2020, Pili’s Party Taco opened a Mexican deli — Pili’s Party Deli — at 109 S. Walnut St. in downtown Bloomington, IN.
