Sofra Bakery's owners, Mehmet and Naciye Akgun, sell many of the delicious pastries and breads once offered at their cafe, which is now closed. Their most popular items include borek (spinach and feta filled handmade pastry), baklava, and pogaca (soft yeast dough filled with feta or potato), as well as lentil patties.
