Twin Springs Creamery is the only Grade A dairy in the county, and one of only a few in the region. They use low-temp vat pasteurization and bottle their milk on the farm. The Jersey cows are pasture-based and receive supplemental non-GMO grains and minerals. Twin Springs will be offering their beautiful whole milk, as well as pastured pork and beef products at the market this Saturday.
